Normandy Next Door?

Happy Memorial Day! For Memorial Day LK's neighbor recreates a plot of the cemetery in Normandy. Its very strange but quite interesting as the entire setup of his yard is just for this event.

Ruche

I recently discovered the online boutique Ruche and have been blown away by their amazing collection of vintage inspired pieces. Based out of California I am in love with their pricing, everything is very affordable! They have some great Nautical outfits and I had to force myself to step away from the great selection of jewlrey. Their current lookbook is very well put together, it makes me want to run around with a camera in the sun. The Rae Jazz Oxfords for a mere $34 were my favorites!

I took this forever ago but just ran across it today. This was last summer and I just did a shoot very similar in the same location in the same Atlanta heat. It is suppose to get up to 90 today! My mom and I bought a bunch of chinese lanterns today that we are going to string up in the back yard for my sisters graduation. Pictures to come!

Charlie Bird Vintage Commences

I have always loved the clothing of the past and now I want to share it with everyone! Some friends and I are beginning to start an online clothing store on etsy but I couldn't stop but share. It will be featuring clothing from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s with a main focus on dresses and shoes. It will also have many home made elements as I just made 20 rings out of vintage buttons that I had collected. Much more to come!
